Lisa Coors, MBA is the Owner of Coors Core Fitness (CCF) ,the leading medical fitness studio in the Cincinnati area. Started in 2006, CCF has become the referral source for numerous physician practices and physical therapy centers. Lisa is certified through the American Council on Exercise as a Medical Exercise Specialist and Health Coach. Lisa is also a national presenter in the fitness industry where she presents on chronic disease management and Parkinson’s exercise. She has written numerous publications and is one of the authors for the American Council on Exercise: Medical Exercise Specialist Manual.

She is the creator of the Move it or Lose it for Parkinson Disease Train the Trainer Course, an ACE approved CEC course. She has taught this all over the country to fitness instructors, physical therapists, occupational therapists, caregivers, therapists and patients. In 2019 she co-Founded Parkinson Community Fitness a non-profit, 501c3 facility that provides a place for Person’s with Parkinson’s to go for exercise, support and social activities. It is located in Blue Ash, Ohio. PCF has grown to over 215 members and continues to grow daily. She is also a member of the Xavier University Women of Excellence Committee and the Xavier University College of Professional Science College Advisory Board. Her passion in life is to provide exercise as medicine to the clients and members she serves each day.
